2024 Back to School Teacher Giveaway

Eligibility: Nominees must be a current teacher in a K-12 public or private school. Open to customers and non-customers of Chambers Bank. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen.
How to Enter: Complete an online nomination form between 12:00:00AM Central Standard Time (CST) on 8/1/24 and 11:59:59PM CST on 8/31/24.
You may enter as many nominees as you wish in the drawing, but each nominee must be submitted separately.
There are two methods of entry:
- To enter online – Visit our website and complete an online nomination.
- To enter by mail – Write a letter with the nominee’s name and school and detail why he/she deserves to win the 2024 Back-to-School Teacher Giveaway. Drop off completed nominations to any Chambers Bank branch during regular business hours or mail them to: Chambers Bank; Attention: Back to School Teacher Giveaway: PO Box 609; Danville AR 72833.
All entries become property of Chambers Bank and will not be returned. Chambers Bank is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due, or mutilated entries or mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, third party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; errors in these Official Rules, in any Chambers Bank promotion-related advertisements or other materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this promotion, human error, or otherwise.
Chambers Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Chambers Bank believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this promotion.
Winner Selection: Five winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Chambers Bank Management. Decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: Each of the five (5) winners will receive a $200 Amazon gift card for classroom supplies plus a $500 cash award for their school.
Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize(s) they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winners may be required to provide Chambers Bank with a valid social security number before the prizes will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of winner(s) for the actual value of the prizes received. Chambers Bank is not responsible for and will not replace any prize that is undeliverable.
