Report a Lost or Stolen Card
We recommend that debit card customers download the SecurLOCK Equip mobile app, which will assist with turning your debit card off/on when it's misplaced or lost.
If you lose your debit card and do not have the SecurLOCK Equip app, please contact us immediately at 1-800-500-1044 so that we can cancel your debit card.
If you misplace your debit card and turn it off in the SecurLOCK Equip mobile app, you can turn it back on via the app immediately when you find your card.
If you lose your debit card and can't find it, after turning it off via the SecurLOCK Equip app, please visit your local branch to complete an application for a new debit card.
